Breathe to Know

Breathe to Know

Breathe to Know

Breath is the counter of your life and state of your being.

O Beloved,

you have the keys to the cosmic treasure, available within you without measure.

Doesn’t matter, rich or poor, weak or strong, a pundit or dimwit, short or long.

Impossible to lose this key as it belongs to you.

In all moods and modes, it keeps you to continue, from the moment of your birth, till your death, the only faithful companion is your lovely breath.

Breath is a recurring assertion of your existence.

A boundary between life and death, but it’s a delicate fence. For the mindless, it is an activity without much sense.

But for the mindful, it is a gifted door to the immense.

Breath is like a moving wave, on an energy string,

having a network in all modalities and bodies of your being. Influences the unobvious inside with an obvious side of the string, and the opposite is also true if you can sense its rhythm and ping.

Through the chimney of nostril’s dyad,

the being vents out the smoke, simmering inside,

changes the wavelength and frequency of breath and its flight.

But, when watched mindfully, opens possibilities to access the insight.

The mindful catches this intuitive knowledge,

to connect inside and uses the breath as a bridge. This connection enables it, as a controlling junction,

which makes it a valuable utility for transformative function.

The breath has three simple  sections:

inhalation, exhalation, and retention

which demonstrates the petite prototype of a larger life, similar to your birth, death, and resurrection.

Knowing the beats of the breath, and its rise and its depth.

You cultivate its awareness as a bridge to beyond, and probe the secrets of another side, to correspond.

Keep following your breath as a guide,

Witness its form and then the hidden force inside, Know how it reacts to your inner world, one by one.

You will trust this process more than anything else ever done.

It’s the success story of the most basic thing in life, available ordinary. Over the fancy glory of material things in life, earned extraordinarily. One who knows its pith and play,

knows the DNA of his or her cast and clay.

O Beloved,

your simple breath which moves to and fro, do not waste it, thinking it as a mindless flow.

It is a magical pump of your inner stove to glow. Just be mindful of the breath and breathe to know.

Be easy but esoteric,

and enjoy its ride and flow. Just remember to be aware,

with focus, and breathe to know, and breathe to know.
