Welcome to the BLOG Post section!

This section is built to showcase two specific topics (Yoga and Mindfulness) in their entirety with consistent progress. I intend to write these topics from their philosophical and practical aspects in the context of a Modern-day mindset. This will unravel the crucial and applied concepts in consumable bites which can be used in day to day life. The theory will be used only to support the practice.

For consistency and easy consumption, Patanjali’s Raja Yoga text will be used as a reference guide for a systematic exposition of Yoga.  And, few references from Buddha’s tradition like Sattipatthana and Abhidhamma will be used for Mindfulness. However other texts can be used for reference too, as needed. (A shortlist is given below)

The entire endeavor is organized into two categories:

  1. Raj Yoga Essentials: Explains basic fundamentals and detailed map to build a solid foundation. This entails a deep exploration of four sections:
    1. Wisdom (Samadhi Pad)
    2. Practice (Sadhana Pad)
    3. Attainments (Vibhuti Pad)
    4. Oneness (Kaivalya Pad)
  2. Mindfulness Essentials: Explains a practical learning map of mindfulness meditation

Expected Outcome:

As we move along, the reader should have got a solid understanding of Yoga and mindfulness practices and results. Also, it should clearly filter out popular dis-beliefs and misperceptions floating in the world about these topics.
