4. Cognitive Behavioral Techniques

  • Challenging Negative Thoughts involves asking whether fears are rooted in facts or assumptions. Replacing them with balanced thoughts opens the door to calm.
  • Visualizing Positive Outcomes counters worry-driven catastrophizing. Imagining success, instead of failure, helps create a hopeful inner atmosphere.
