Being Mindful, Breath by Breath!

Being Mindful, Breath by Breath!

Being Mindful, Breath by Breath

Introduction

The word “Mindfulness” seems to be everywhere. We hear it in kindergarten rooms, schools, colleges, corporates, hospitals, sports, prisons, the military, yoga retreats, parliaments, and many more. It has made its place in therapies, lifestyle, self-help programs, and religious congregations. Daily millions of people, just in America admit to practicing it.

Mindfulness practices appear to be the magic pills for all the ills of today’s modern society. But, the fundamental question is, Why one should practice it? What is mindfulness? And, How do we practice it? In simple words, what is the core Philosophy, Science, and Art of doing Mindfulness Meditation?

This course takes you on an experiential journey while maintaining the balance between theory (backed up by research work, wherever applicable), practice, and mindfulness activities/exercises. The participant will take a deep dive into various modes of mindfulness meditation. The unique recipe of Philosophy, Science, and Art of doing mindfulness meditation makes it meaningful, interesting, and result-oriented at the same time.

This course is carefully designed to be delivered in a hybrid manner in the sense that participants will get the opportunity to do a Home-based study, complete exercise via a workbook, quizzes for knowledge check, weekly live group talks, live practice sessions, Mindful community support to ask anything anytime, and personal coaching.

With all the necessary tools and techniques, at the end of this course participant will learn:

  • A hand on experience of a life-changing skill called “Mindfulness Meditation”
  • A refreshed mind with a new perspective about life, which provides a choice to live life in a different manner than the rush and race of life
  • Relaxed and insightful attitude
